Here we’re going to show you our seven-step plan for securing you the right mortgage.

Let’s start with some questions…

  • Are you a CIS Subcontractor?
  • Do you want a mortgage?
  • Do you want that mortgage to be big enough to get you the right property?
  • Do you want getting that mortgage to be a successful and stress-free process?

If you’ve answered yes to all the above questions, you’ve come to the right place.  I’ve developed a tried and tested Seven Steps to Success approach which gives you the best chance of getting an approved mortgage based on your gross CIS earnings.

Step One; this is a strategy call or meeting to get to know you, what type of mortgage you’re looking for and to discuss what information will be needed to get the ball rolling.

Step Two; this is where I’ll ask you to upload all the relevant information and documentation we’ve discussed

Step Three; this is where I’ll check your credit file and give you advice and information on how to improve it if necessary

Step Four; this where we’ll cross reference your CIS payslips with your bank statement to make sure we’ve got all your income evidence in place

Step Five; this will be an evaluation of your income and outgoings to help evidence mortgage affordability to potential lenders

Step Six; this is where I’ll submit your initial application to secure an Agreement in Principle; once you have this you can demonstrate buyer readiness to estate agents and vendors; putting you in a stronger position when it comes to making an offer

Step Seven; once you’ve found the property you want and had an offer accepted I will prepare and submit your full mortgage application for that property
